- Management of technical (onshore, offshore, business and quality analysts) and business resources in the strategy, planning, development and deployment of business systems (R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Document Management, etc.)
- Management of integrated business process, technology and change management work streams for organizational alignment, business process optimization, post-merger integration and technology deployment and adoption projects
- Management of execution and executive teams for compliance projects such as risk assessments, CAPAs, and inspection readiness
